The issue is simple. IAC projects are not economic at spot prices. They are huge earthmoving exercises, moving 100% of the dirt to extract 0.3%, and returning 99.7% to the waste dump (which in Brazil will be a dry tailings dam built in a monsoonal climate). Meanwhile other explorers have discovered ultra high grades of REE sands and hard rock ... it might be more expensive to mine rock but at ultra high grades you move a lot less of it
The issue is simple. IAC projects are not economic at spot...
