Hole 19 is very narrow, so closely to the thicker holes, and hole B-6 deeper is not attracive as well.
They are trying to present it as if there's a lot of potential at depth while they know it's pretty much non existent (which is why they pushed the IP anomaly thesis all of a sudden).
