I wouldn't consider our impurities (iron oxide at least) on the low side. See the attached announcement by PSC today, that is low iron oxide content. Management have stated that it can be lowered by magnetic separation but that does come at a cost.
You are correct in that 6% is minimum for battery grade, but a higher % concentrate does fetch higher prices. The higher the concentrate the less they need to use to process. From memory, I think GXY receives $15 per tonne per 0.1% over the 6% concentrate. Don't hold me to it but it's something along those lines.
