The same problem the company has had for 10+ years. With that being said, I really hope AVR ends up incredibly successful, since the science and the product should be what is important.
I was thinking about investing in AVR but to me there's limited advantage to buying now. I'd happily pay a large premium after approval and I can see what sales momentum is looking like, by that point 95% of the market will still be unaware that AVR exists, much less will value it appropriately so the upside will still be there relative to the reduced risk (particularly funding, but also execution).
