It's up to each province's health administrators or the patient's supplemental insurance if that's applicable so we'll probably have to hear from Wayne as to whether individual procedures, or what percentage of procedures in general, are paid for or not. It's obviously well worth it for us to absorb less than $10k for each SAP procedure to save lives and show the DurAVR's capability in ViV. Companies do often have to make decisions about allocating money to compassionate use vs trials but we are obviously a long way from that at this point.
