In hindsight I think that you are correct, people have decided to sell the news, regardless of whether it is good or bad today, which has caused this huge dump. I myself was thinking last night that the MC was high.
I am regretting not getting out early this morning, as the signs were there, to sit on the sidelines and watch how todays action played out.
Has ended up being a much larger sell off than I expected.
Hard one to swallow, but a learning for me all the same.
