McArthur River Mining Pty Ltd (MRM) is a company wholly owned by the international GlencoreXstrata group and is the operator of the McArthur River zinc mine. It mines the ‘Here’s Your Chance’ orebody, one of the world’s largest zinc and lead deposits.
Glencore's share price has been hammered today falling by 29% to 68.62p.
So this probably explains the muted response to RXL's latest zinc announcement.
