EU's next stimulus will be on around the envrionment so Cu, Ni and Rare Earths will be very critical to them and will ensure supply lines are open and not dependant on China or any single country. Oz Ni producers will be important too as EU will be looking to reduce its dependence on Indonesia in terms of Ni supply.
