Not sure where you have gotten Pyrochlore from? Longonjo is primarily monazite as per the PFS.

Also not sure why you are referring to the numbers in the table you have shown? PM8's PFS used an NdPr resource grade of 0.48% which was concentrated to 7.5%. I don't think Cummins Range will be significantly different based on drill results we have recently and previously seen.

This is why in this instance im not too sure the host mineral makes a difference, especially considering they seem to be primarily the same. Cummins Range grades look like they won't be too far off that of PM8 and therefore using an up to date PFS value of ~$3,800 is about as accurate as you can get IMO. $15,000t as you have suggested is a completely different ballpark.
