no they wont have to just yet.
and if they do, it is always done at a 10-20% premium to current shareprice to a private investor as a placement for $1 million.
or maybe they will wait for the JORC to be announced and Hole 11 (which should be super impressive like Hole 10) - which will see the sp in the
40-50's range and do a spp then.
its a win win all round if you are buying at current levels...it is much cheaper than what the private placement or spp will be done at.
