Textbook "sell the news" style trading unfortunately. The rumour was a Damon good by at 20c though, so most will be 50%.
Expect it to be range bound between 25c and 35c for many months now.
The JORC will come out, it will be on par with AVL, and the company will have a MC of approx 18M at current prices. AVL have a few other feathers in the cap too.
I think a few people have either deliberately or innocently been naive about the share on issue thing. The market is forward looking. No point pulling the wool over your eyes and ignoring the upcoming share float. Ess
