Yep - sending stuff to China for test work in 2021 was a waste of time, but there would be other specialist smelters in Thailand, the USA, India, Brazil, South Africa, Zambia, Finland etc who could be interested, probably needs a smelter to blend in this small volume of concentrate with the typical metal concentrate feedstock seeing as the volumes are so small. No point in having tunnel vision and only talking to Vanadium refineries, the concentrate is already high enough grade to be interesting for potential customers who own Lead, Zinc and Copper smelters as well.
No point in sending any test material to China or to Russia for pretty obvious and numerous reasons.
Agree with you that hydromet options might be with exploring if it makes the product more interesting to a larger number of customers.
