I listened to the presentation that Andrew made yesterday and he indicated that currently ironbark looks like it will come in handy when they are starting the pit at mulga bill. This is because the shallow tonnes can be blended with the pre-strip at mulga bill and bring about lower capex.
what happens when we drill this side well south target and find another ore body??? looks pretty damn promising to me??? maybe then we can get mining on ironbark and use side well south as the feed to blend with the prestrip at mulga bill ???
encouragingly they have reported shallower grades the further north they go at mulga bill enhancing pit economics.
so many options here.
more greenfield exploration upside here than any other asset in the region in my opinion. All the others have been picked over for 100 years by numerous players.
that is what is truly different with GBR we are a greenfield discovery in a brownfield camp..!!! it takes longer but geeezz the prize can be much bigger!!!
