The Feasibility study numbers are important for actual project costs for Funding. The Scoping study only tells us there is light at the end of the tunnel. The Feasibility study tells us what the tunnel truly looks like and how to get through it.
We now know there is a light at the end of the tunnel, the Feasibility study will commence along with other works and APC is cashed up to fund it all.
