Given that SO4's location is even more remote than APC and that they are talking about a much larger extraction area then the cost of powering their pumps has to be higher than APC .I cannot see how their power figures could be anything like $15 especially when all the other potential producers are coming up with figures remarkably similar .No one minds a "gifthorse" but one always needs to check the teeth.I think APC and their consultants will have checked and double checked their figures and have probably erred on the side of being conservative
