Given that SO4's location is even more remote than APC and that they are talking about a much larger extraction area then the cost of powering their pumps has to be higher than APC .I cannot see how their power figures could be anything like $15 especially when all the other potential producers are coming up with figures remarkably similar .No one minds a "gifthorse" but one always needs to check the teeth. I think APC and their consultants will have checked and double checked their figures and have probably erred on the side of being conservative
