We know the flow rates are strong and will improve significantly at production stage. This is from tests already conducted, and reported.
I can't invest my money on conjecture. 'Maybe flow rates are poor, maybe brine no good.' No one has ever said that, it's pure speculation.
The bottom line is we have an NPV of $500m pre tax against a MC of sub$30m. Strong backers and good Management. What else do you need to know? That there's risk. Always, but risk vs reward pretty good.
If too risky for you, then you know what you have to do.
