Yeah I see significant differences from what you have mentioned in previous estimates to what has been announced in todays study. They seem to have allowed a fair margin for movement also but even the minimum cost numbers are higher then mentioned before.
Doesn't look like much coming out of the sell side but this is an all too common reaction to scoping study announcements these days. So many people just trade the hype and sell before news. I thought this one was going to be different though.
