If using the realised price on Northbourne as a proxy for decline in value of St Kilda. The NTA is probably closer to 1.40. Leaves about 10% discount from NTA which doesn't leave much scope if there are delays in the windup. I guess when the financials are released we can see what the valuation on St Kilda is. It all depends on the price they get for St Kilda.
