I had a look at the balance sheet shown in February 2024 Half Year Presentation. Added the sale price of the 3 properties sold.
Brisbane $64.5m
Canberra $21.2m
Parramatta $80.5m
Total sold $166.2 m
In the Balance Sheet Investment Properties were
at $154.95 million.
By putting a valuation of $60m to the St Kilda property , the total value of Investment Properties drops to $226m. Or a fall of $29m equivalent to 17.6 cents.
That would give an NTA of $1.72 less 17.6 cents less 9.7 cents ( latest capital distribution) = $1.45 approximately.
We will know on Monday what the latest NTA is.
