It means that they have a lot of cash on balance sheet. Unconditional sale. Could they have got more with a better campaign. I estimated 100mn based on a site up the road as a comparable sale but hey $80m is not chicken feed. That building has its problems and it is a massive albatross to have been lifted. Surprised with the muted market reaction. It’s at least 20cps in distributions
