I believe the reason they haven't committed to a windup (yet) is they need a unit holder vote to deviate from their current objectives.
Not a fantastic price for their flagship asset, but with assets still earning until settlement I see a 20% return over the next 9 months (capital and earnings), which is pretty decent. Agree there is an element of risk though, will be looking to add the next few days
