The market wants to see a transition into production, gate sales, JV or the like. There at least needs to be a plan and a clear direction for the company to grow from "speculative explorer" to "junior producer".

There is no point having all this ore in the ground and no way to monetise it.

An exploration company can only be valued at a certain level (in this case about $200 mill) before investors start to wonder about how they can become a $1 billion dollar company.
