Some pretty relentless selling in the low to mid 40's over the past few months.
I assume this is the 8m shares recently released from escrow being drip fed into the market, all issued between $0.01, $0.02 and $0.10, so a tidy profit for those holders.
If that is the case once it breaks this will head north in the lead up to assays.
