I see the price has been slammed this morning. Perhaps by Dingyi and/or their associates to send a message of disapproval? I can't see why anyone else in their right mind would view this announcement as negative. I guess Dingyi would find this announcement quite disturbing for them given it shows our board is now moving on and concentrating on value adding activities.
The key value adding factors for ELM are:
Drilling Dougou;
Infrastructure deals;
Strategic Partner.
It appears as if the board is now addressing every one of these factors.
