This has been a long time coming. Something like 3 years in development so good to see they're gaining traction like this with packaging companies.
It's possible more funds may be needed but clearly orders will be coming soon. Management and directors always take their full allocation in rights issues done so far so no reason to think otherwise given this announcement. They would probably like the share price to stay down, cost less for them per share.
