    Totally agree.
    I feel they got sucked in by this distribution deal, cash plus a huge volume of shares.
    they just gave away another 80mil on the $5
    mil loan facility, while also paying 10% interest.
    the way they are going, Hyd will have a billion plus shares on issue, and that is not good for shareholder value
