I think you have hit the nail on the head. I want 1 app to book all my health care needs - not dozens (not that i am that sick mind you!!) but potentially to have my dentists, doctors, physio. pet grooming etc. on one app is the way to go. Convenience is not having 100 apps - it is having an aggregated app to allow me to put it all in one place.
