Now rather than assuming BRN management want to us "to settle down" ... look up the definition of 'exclusive' and try to work out why BRN was granted the 'exclusive licence' to the JAST learning rules and algorithms developed by CERCO.
Once you work that out, you will perhaps realize how big this announcement really is and why it is anything but fluff.
