    Yes there are, but this is still a public stock forum and not an academic/professional discussion board.

    And like I said, technically you are correct. If big pharma were to acquire/partner with CHM, they would be taking-over the license.

    I think it's very clear that I am not a lawyer, so forgive me if I'm not pedantic about the language I use.
