QiQi.... not sure I understand what you perceive as the strategy for/against BigPharma by CHM.
1. CHM have LICENSED the platform from CRWU. Hence, CHM don't OWN the platform. 2. If BigPharma want to partner with or acquire CHM they can't OWN the IP. Its only (albeit exclusively) licensed to CHM. I expect (hopefully) they've allowed for this in their Agreement with CRWU i.e. the right to assign, transfer etc. 3. There is mention in the announcement that it covers "knowhow etc." BigPharms can't buy "knowhow" unless they buy the people, and people "move on". The way I see it, CRWU own the entirety of the IP, not CHM. CHM own the knowhow and any "products" they develop using the IP they have licensed.
Am interested in your thoughts.
