I haven't had much time to analyse properly but it looks good and if anything it shows the board is being proactive in seeking out ways to add shareholder value by diversifying into therapeutics but remain focussed on products which are already in the market / close to commercialization.

No details about the terms of the transaction as yet though.


Technically the market depth does not look good with large sellers blocking at 1.2c. Imo if they disappeared the share price would naturally move upwards on positive announcements like these.
