Ok Questions/comments:

1) What exactly is a "Shop and Standstill restriction" ?
2) Shareholder approval required - is anyone objecting? speak up!
3) Mohnish Kumar (CEO) and Deepak Verma (CFO) to become directors of TSN..perhaps an explanation o why the CEO role hasn't been filled either?
4) Only thing they haven't mentioned is how they will fund the purchase..no doubt a plan is already in the works..

All round good news to confirm the option.
