    I am delighted with this exclusive option agreement announcement for TSN to potentially acquire the remaining 75% balance of TSI India subject to full due diligence, shareholder approvals and an equity/and or debt raising.

    ...and an equity/and or debt raising was key for me.

    Patience still required here, but very happy with progress to date. Great work management and their financial advisors Seneca.
