The reality is there would have been some insiders acquiring much lower price wise given some of Chris's remarks about his discussions and inspections etc. Profit taking is to be expected but I too am confidently expecting new shareholders to be entering given the potential timelines have altered so dramatically.
One comment I would like to add is that while the price of this transformative transaction appears excellent, the master stroke is the structure! This option plus staged investment that can be funded by raisings or strategic partnerships, or by straight issue of new shares, provides enormous scope for our management to do what they have done brilliantly so far, and that is to minimise dilution to existing holders. The per share value we are gaining along the way through clever deals and flow through funding is enormous.
