That’s informing that the mine’s been well and safely run and WR1 won’t be inheriting any serious issues if they decide to go fwd. The tailings pit for eg( not for slimes just crush).
Of course the Renard fully permitted tailings pit would be of massive advantage to WR1 to accelerating mining at Adina through faster/ simpler environmental studies/ permits which is usually biggest justifiable delay in mining projects.
