The market cap comparison with Frontier Lithium has closed. Still dumbfounded that after 2 days of trading after that spectacular announcement, WR1 still valued less than FL on an EV basis.
Frontier Lithium: Shares on issue 227.6m (Project reduced to 92.5% ownership)
Share price: .92c CAD
Cash on hand as at Dec-23 = A$17.3m
+ C$25m for 7.5% stake from Mitsubishi = A$45m cash including Mitsubishi's contribution
Post DFS, Mitsubishi will move to 25% ownership
Market Cap in AUD = $209m
So, Frontier Lithium is trading at the same market cap as WR1 now with 92.5% ownership, dropping to 75% in a few months.

Share price: $1.13
Cash on hand as at Dec-23 = A$53.m
Market Cap = $209.9m
Crazy to still be able to buy WR1 cheaper than Frontier given what was announced last week.
