There are some lifestyle companies and one genuine junior (who might actually get somewhere when the cycle eventually turns). Between them, they have precisely nothing but land and promises.

It would be an extreme optimist to think that any of those companies will drill up an economic resource, let alone be in production before Patriot (unless of course they find something worthwhile quickly and then want to use Winsome's facilities at Renard).

So another nice fairy tale that these companies can help Winsome (you still have not disclosed your interests in those companies Triage).

As for those companies, being associated with Winsome is their best route to keeping their lifestyles topped up.

It's a commercial world, so it's not about Winsome singing Kumbaya with its neighbours around the campfire.

They need to bring something other than a stone to add to Winsome's stone soup. Otherwise, all they are really doing (and really all that most of them intend on doing) is supping on the soup that Winsome prepared with all of Winsome's ingredients.

I am much more interested in ensuring that the Cree and Winsome have their needs met by the new road.
