Well what a day.... Honestly, the most amazing deal for the price imaginable, simply incredible to be in a position to obtain that value of infrastructure for the price. I mean $50M in that jurisdiction wouldn't even get you the NPI in a normal situation!
If this all comes off this will be one of the masterstrokes of Australian Mining Industry.
