I think there will be some uncomfortable looks between board members throughout North America with the news that CE and team are visiting several suitors in Asia rather than the good ol' red white and blue.
They will obviously be visiting and in discussions with in continent suiters also, however announcing an Asian slant and including or highlighting them above others in the public domain would add a level of not desperation, but I'd suggest an increase in the relevance of real competition.

I believe there will come a point where there will be a true behind the scenes bidding war for association with WR1 and that this dutch auction plays a significant part of managements ongoing plans.
