A good point that is made by these guys, 35% ownership of the Renard mine has government ownership with a Canadian pension scheme.
You would suspect it wasn't about getting the last dollar out of WR1 but a long term view on keeping this infrastructure as an ongoing and profitable mine.
Hence the share distribution in WR1 may be their preferred option.
Permitting and road building will all favour WR1 when these holders have a deep strategic interest.
