Since the 60 day exclusivity period has now well and truly expired and as usual SKN has no mentioned a word about the deal, can we now say this was just bs announcement primary aimed at pumping the share price leading up to the option expiry.
$50k of shareholder funds wasted and they don't even get an announcement to inform them if the deal is or isn't going ahead.
