We have no idea how much is being spent on this venture... it is not spelt out in the announcement, as far as I can see. No doubt the picture will become clearer in the light of future announcements.
Whilst the spend may seem important initially, what may be more important is the possible cost of not spending - the opportunity cost, if you like.... if indeed it is a blocking exercise, and time will tell, the cost of doing something may well be a whole lot less than the cost of doing nothing...
