I do not like it. The world have sufficient hematite iron ore project. Hematite have to be processed in blasft furnaces.
Magnetite iron ore is needed, to concentrate the Fe content above 68% in the iron ore product. Then it can be used in DRI plants. Steel industry is switching away from blast furnaces.
I would prefer to develop magentite iron ore projects coupled with an onsite DRI plant to produce HBI.
