all the more reason to put an offer on now then later when price is trending up
they are taking a huge slice of this anyhow as part of funding - we don't know just how much yet ,
i think Jgr64 post pretty much sums it up perfectly regarding TO speculation. I Can't see it happening - wish it could - but what's the real upside for shenge, also tanzania might not see any upside either with shenghe taking control...
