Unfortunately the terms of the offtake for the ree concentrate are not as favourable as PEK has alluded to in earlier announcements
PEK announcements have historically advised that the expected payability to be 60% for concentrate at 45% grade. Further this was considered a low estimate by "previous management and directors" who believed that the concentrate could potentially attract a higher premium due to the low thorium and uranium.
Per the agreement, the pricing model shows as low 48% for concentrate at a greater than 45% grade. A more than 25% drop in price.
