I’d say there is now a growing realisation that PEK has just become a zombie producer (to quote another HC user) to support the Chinese RE industry. Shenghe will ensure PEK get just enough cash to operate (with limited returns for PEK shareholder), but the real profits will be made by Shenghe in China.
