Raising 15% of SOI at a 20% discount would only raise two or three mill. Obviously the company will need to seek shareholder approval for a much larger dilution. But to raise a substantial amount of money (e.g. $15m) would involve issuing around 50% of the total shares currently on issue. That ain't great (but perhaps a necessary evil). Anyway, the sooner the company pulls the trigger on the raise the better.
