    I've got to admit ANN like 15th August 2022 saying AHQ secures both loan and off-take contract throws me. This ANN today uses the term "executed" for off-take but nothing for loan.
    In fact the loan might be 'not at all'.

    Thanks for been so alert to these eventual consequences.
