I hope the take off agreement can be reviewed if the debt financing does not occur. Then again the price for the Coal is enough to get the company out of the crap as well can profit from spot prices when they are higher. Remembering US Coal is always much cheaper than Australian export coal.

I've got to admit ANN like 15th August 2022 saying AHQ secures both loan and off-take contract throws me. This ANN today uses the term "executed" for off-take but nothing for loan.
In fact the loan might be 'not at all'.

Thanks for been so alert to these eventual consequences.
